We are excited to announce the addition of Sam Lyne as the Next Level Performance Strength and Off-Ice Performance Specialist. Sam, the founder of Sam Lyne Performance, brings his expertise in off-ice strength and conditioning, offering hockey players high-level training to enhance their performance. Sam is currently playing for the Cranbrook Bucks in the BCHL and is committed to play Division 1 at Colgate University in the upcoming years!
